Shipping Policy
It takes a total of 5-7 business days for the standard delivery, including 1-2 business days of processing time and 3-5 business days of shipping time.
For all orders shipping is free, but only for addresses within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

We process and ship all orders for our products within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. - DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address they enter is correct. Although we strive to expedite the processing and shipping time, there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address. - NON-RECEIPT OF ITEM
If you haven’t received your order, even though the tracking information indicates delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. Once the item is with the carrier, we no longer have control over it, but we’ll do our best to assist and address the issue as soon as possible. - RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to return your item(s) to GearX, provided that they are unopened and unused. - OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM PROCESSING
